In addition to our installation teams we have a office based team who work to ensure that all projects run smoothly, customer queries are dealt with, quotations are sent on the same day and that the high standards which we pride ourselves on are consistently being met.
All of the office based team are directly employed by DCM on a permanent basis and are highly trained within their specific roles and demonstrate passion for the company, the work they do and genuinely care for our customers.
DCM Surfaces are located on Wigan Road in Leyland, Lancashire combining a large warehouse facility, modern offices and car parking.
It is important for customers to see that we are a well-established company who maintain a high standard of work at all times and who have earned a reputation as a leading surface contractor.
"I believe that providing a product or service to a customer all comes down to the quality of that service or product. It is important that the job is done right, products are high in quality and that the end result adheres to customer expectations or goes way above their expectations.
Being exceptionally knowledgeable in our products and the service which we provide means DCM is attentive during our installations and most importantly are competitively priced. This is not rhetoric it is a fact and it is what I believe in and is the benchmark to the business ethos surrounding DCM Surfaces."
Steven Roby, Managing Director
