DCM Surfaces has acquired control of Bolton based H Compsty & Son Ltd.
H Compsty & Son Ltd has been a well-respected supplier of road surfacing and groundworks for over 20 years and holds a strong position in the marketplace.
DCM Surfaces Managing Director Steve Roby commented, “This will be a powerful partnership in the market. The two companies will be run independently and continue to build on their strengths.
