SAPCA are a recognised trade organisation for the UK Sports and Play construction sector, and foster excellence, professionalism and continuous improvement throughout the industry.
The Annual Awards Programme is held in order to recognise members’ achievements and to promote the best examples of outstanding quality. DCM entered the Awards with Kings Oak Primary School. Spread over four play areas, eight colours of wet pour and two colours of rubber mulch was used to create a variety of graphics and shapes, including a roadway with markings, leaf designs and intricate patterns around the play equipment area.
HAGS was the contractor for the project and said:
