DCM are finalists for the SAPCA Awards 2018!

We are thrilled to announce that we are finalists for the SAPCA Awards 2018!

DCM entered the Awards with Cherry Gardens Primary School.

Cherry Gardens was the largest project in 12 schools to be expanded or redeveloped as part of a broader initiative. This was to increase the number of available primary school places for children within the London Borough of Southwark area.

DCM Surfaces was in a unique position to deliver all elements of synthetic surfacing, as the project included DCM’s entire product portfolio: Self-Binding Gravel, UV-Stable Bound Gravel, Artificial Grass, Wetpour and Rubber Mulch. A core requirement of the installation was that each surface would be permeable, allowing water to drain through the surface to ensure that it could be used all year round.

The installation, completed on December 18, included the installation of fire-resistant artificial grass with grano dust on the roof terrace.

In total, DCM covered an area of over 2000sq m with specialist surfacing.
