As part of a new residential build by Collinwood Homes, premium external finishes were required to complement the development’s modern architecture and high specification. The aim was to create elegant, low-maintenance surfaces that enhanced kerb appeal while providing long-term durability for homeowners.
DCM Surfaces supplied and installed over 160m² of resin bound gravel laid at 20–22mm depth using the Norwegian Bronze aggregate blend. Installed over a tarmac subbase, the surface provides excellent permeability and a smooth, contemporary finish that withstands daily use without compromising visual appeal.
