DCM were delighted to be part of the exciting project for the series of paths and walkways that sit on the North embankment of the River Thames, opposite the MI6 building.
Riverwalk is a collection of highly specified penthouses. The architect specification also included an important investment in the widening and improvement of the landscape of the public walkway along the river.
The contractor were awarded the contract to carry out all elements of hard landscaping around the building. They approached DCM to provide a seamless, porous, low-maintenance solution to create an aesthetically pleasing surface which would complement the surrounding buildings.
Works included a new resin bound gravel walkway to the river elevation and resin bound rubber play area, providing a decorative yet practical, low maintenance area for a heavy traffic area.
